About Us
Destination Sri Lanka is a YouTube channel created to provide in depth information on various facets of Sri Lanka. The carefully curated videos ranging from 2 to 10 minutes are detailed composite productions. The channel is committed to releasing a video every week on wide range of subjects in Sri Lanka, including beauty, wildlife, nature, history, exports, heritage, culture, adventure, religion, cities and much more. No Vlogs here, every second is visually crafted for a rich viewer experience.
Production values
The video content is first researched and scripted. Most locations are visited, and information verified to the maximum possible accuracy. The filming and production are done to highest possible standards, including 4K resolution filming. Drones and special equipment are used when possible to embellish a production.
Comprehensive Standards
The partner company PROimage www.proimage.com has an archival base of 150,000 stock footage clips of Sri Lanka and these are used to enhance the production value. A dedicated motion graphics artist is used for some videos where computer animation may be needed. Finally, most productions use high quality professional voice over artists.
